Pressure Gauge  Display of Pressure
AG200 media-isolated, digital pressure gauge has 4–20 mA output signal and large LCD that can display psi, bar, kg/cm, ATM, inches H20 and Hg measuring units. With a test button, users can evaluate loop current to ensure the system is set up correctly and adjust the current in 2 mA increments. Loop current update rate is 32 times/s; the display updates 3 times/s.

 Valve Driver Valve Driver
D1 PWM Valve Driver is designed to drive and manage proportional valves. It converts proportional command voltage to a -1.1…1.1 A signal to drive the valve’s linear force motor. It works with 12 or 24 Vdc power supply and valve deadband; dither amplitude and maximum current are adjustable.
Enfield Technologies
  Monitor and Control
cRIO-9075 and cRIO-9076 integrated chassis and controllers for embedded control and monitoring applications are powered by reconfigurable I/O (RIO) and LabView FPGA technologies. They combine an industrial 400 MHz Freescale real-time processor and four-slot chassis with an embedded, reconfigurable Xilinx Spartan-6 FPGA for custom timing, control and signal processing.
National Instruments
 Controllers Array of Control
Array controllers have 12 or 22 I/O and are expandable to 122 I/O (74 inputs and 48 outputs). Function block programming software is free. Expandable modules include remote control receivers and handheld transmitters with 70 m range and Modbus RTU extended protocol.
 Motor Servo and More
SM23165MT-IP SmartMotor with mil-style connectors and IP65 rating has 10 points of 24 V I/O, RS-485 port, DeviceNet or CANopen support, optional brake, and programmable limits.
 Handbook NEC Update
Analysis of NEC Code Changes 2011 highlights changes to the National Electrical Code (NEC) for the 2011 code cycle that relate to the company’s products. The 156-page handbook is organized by NEC article numbers with a table of contents and includes illustrations of products and applications that pertain to code changes. It is available in print, downloaded as a PDF, or as an eBook.

 Machine Vision Real-Time Vision
VC nano 3D compact machine vision system for 3D and 2D inspection tasks has an intelligent camera and a 5 mW line laser for real-time recording of images at a scan rate to 400 Hz via triangulation. Programmable 100 Mbps Ethernet interface provides live video output on a PC. Two digital inputs and four outputs are available for integration into existing automation environments.
Vision Components
 Saefty Couplings Torque Tamer
Torq-Tender overload safety couplings protect critical rotating power transmission components from torque overload. When a system's load exceeds the preset torque-spring rating, the device’s drive mechanism pivots out of an engagement slot, disengaging the prime mover from the load. Available in torque ranges of 2–3,000 in-lb with tamper-proof preset torque settings.
 Controllers Does a Lot
Vision350 and Vision130 all-in-one controllers support inputs to 200 kHz, and 5 Hz to 200 kHz outputs. Users can implement 3 independent Pulse Train Output instruction sets and create and save multiple speed profiles for step-motor control. Capabilities include auto-tuned PID loops.

Safe on, Safe off
8537 series safety switches have a rotary handle to disconnect frequency-controlled motors from the mains without an electrician. Rated operational currents are 12/16 A, 25 A, 40 A or 63/80 A. The units have switching contacts with individual flameproof encapsulation, are available as 3-pole and 6-pole models, and are qualified for international use through ATEX/IECEx certifications and further explosion-protection classifications for various regions.
