Bentley Systems acquired Struc-Soft, a Canadian developer of 2D and 3D engineering design products.
Schneider Electric and Fuji Electric established a joint venture in electrical distribution/industrial control.
Datalogic acquired Datasensor, an Italian photoelectric sensors and devices manufacturer.
Standex acquired BG Laboratories and its Modem and Scott-T transformers for aerospace and military.
