DMC, based in Chicago, received the Siemens Solution Provider Customer Excellence Award during Siemens Industry’s 2011 Automation Summit. The system integrator, which serves the aerospace, automotive, building technologies, chemicals, metals, pharmaceuticals, plastics, specialty and machinery markets, was recognized for consistently making it easy for Siemens to position complete system solutions in many different applications.
“Siemens’ solution partner program helps to drive the values of service, innovation and technology through to our mutual end users, and we are proud to have a strong relationship with Siemens,” said Frank Riordan, president of DMC.
Siemens also recognized other customers at the event. DuPont received the Overall Customer Excellence Award for its Sabine River Works plant modernization project; AB InBev received the Siemens End User Customer Excellence Award; and Despatch Industries won the OEM Customer Excellence Award.
