Kepware Technologies' KEPServerEX communications platform helped the company rank 449 on Deloitte's 2012 Technology Fast 500 list as one of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.
KEPServerEX is a solution for connecting, managing, monitoring, and controlling diverse automation devices and software applications, according to Kepware. The communications platform supports many open standards.
"For many companies, properly monitoring water, oil and gas transfers, ensuring equipment is working at peak efficiency, and exporting operational data into other systems remains a big challenge," said Tony Paine, president and CEO of Kepware. "Businesses across the globe are increasingly turning to Kepware's solutions to solve these difficult industrial communications problems. We're thrilled about our continued momentum and honored to be named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500."
Winners selected on the Fast 500 list have achieved revenue growth ranging from 128% to 279,684% from 2007 to 2011, according to Kepware. The company grew 155% during this period.
"The companies on the Fast 500 list are among those that have demonstrated remarkable innovation, creativity and business savvy," said Bill Ribaudo, partner for Deloitte & Touche, and National TMT leader for Audit and Enterprise Risk Services. "As a result, these companies have continued to successfully forge ahead in a challenging economic environment. We applaud the leadership and employees at Kepware for this impressive accomplishment.
