Ametek completed its acquisition of optical equipment specialist Zygo for approximately $280 million net of cash acquired.

ISVI signed a distribution agreement with Integrys Ltd. to address the Canadian machine vision market for high-speed, high-resolution cameras. It also signed a distribution agreement with Virtech Labs Bt. to promote and sell its high-speed, high-resolution cameras to the Hungarian machine vision market.  

Metrix Setpoint entered into an OEM partnership agreement with OSIsoft, producer of the PI System. Setpoint CMS software will use the PI System technology for its underlying, real-time data infrastructure.
