TASI acquires wireless network manufacturer SignalFire Telemetry

This new acquisition adds a new wireless communication component to TASI’s global FLOW division.

TASI HOLDINGS INC. has announced it has completed the acquisition of all shares of SignalFire Telemetry. According to TASI, this new acquisition is strategic to the growth model of TASI, and adds a new wireless communication component to TASI’s global FLOW division. 

Founded in 2006, SignalFire designs and manufactures specialized wireless mesh networking systems for uses in challenging and hazardous locations. The majority of the company’s products are wireless sensor networks deployed in upstream oil and gas fields.

TASI Flow brands consist of TRICOR Coriolis, AW Gear Meters, KEM-Küppers, Litre Meter, and Vögtlin Thermal Mass Flow Meters and Controllers.
