Batching Master is a standalone controller for precise automation of a batch function. The operator has all the information needed for a safe batching process--the batch is started directly at the point filling. If there is a failure in the system, the batch can be stopped immediately. Error messages are displayed in clear text. Indication can be pre-set, batched quantity, flow rate and grand total. It's compatible with all flow meters and actuators, with high accuracy due to a 4 20 mA output with a 5-step shut down ramp and soft start ramp. Also features PID controller for the flow rate or maintaining pressure, communication with supervisory systems via Modbus protocol, display functions for text indications and the entry of loading data, and approval for custody transfer.
