The Impact machine vision system has an image capture rate of 60 full frames per second, making it suitable for use on high-speed production lines. It has a dedicated processor and sub-pixel software algorithms for inspection tasks including Pattern Find, Blob, Edge Find, OCV, OCR, Gauge and Contrast Sensing. Inspection Builder software makes it easy to set up inspection programs without having to use spreadsheet or menu-based programming methods. OEMs can also set up reusable program segments to accomplish specific tasks.
