IP65-rated Step AS hybrid step motor and driver package never loses synchronism. An embedded rotor position sensor constantly monitors performance to ensure no loss of motion. A protective earth ground terminal on the metal connector to the motor case properly grounds the motor to ISO 12100 conformance. The 60 mm square Step motors develop up to 280 oz.-in. holding torque; the 80 mm square motors develop up to 560 oz.-in. holding torque.
