MicroSmart Pentra microcontroller processes basic instructions in 0.056 µs. The system has up to seven communication ports for barcode reader, printer, Ethernet connection, modem or RS232C-compatible devices. Features include 32-bit data processing, floating-point math, built-in Modbus master/slave, a maximum of 512 I/O, built-in 100 kHz high-speed counters and 100 kHz pulse outputs. A 62.4 kB programming capacity, online editing, up to 56 analog points and timers, counters, internal relays and data registers enhance any application.
