Wilcoxon Research's iT230 vibration transmitter
Good Vibrations
iT230 vibration transmitter with displacement output performs online monitoring of case vibrations of machinery. Many users prefer vibration information in terms of displacement to compare historic data, and some manufacturers also specify case vibration maximums this way. The transmitter makes it possible to mount a velocity sensor to the bearing case and obtain machine vibration information in terms of displacement. It converts vibration sensor signals to proportional 4-20 mA output for use in existing PLC/DCS networks. Wilcoxon Research; 301/330-8811; www.wilcoxon.com
