ACS Motion Control's motion control modules

SPiiPlus CM Series motion control modules have a programmable motion controller, power supply and up to three digital drives in a single, standalone package. Each module can control up to eight axes--three internal digital amplifiers and five distributed axes via the HSSI network--and support a range of motiion modes, such as point-to-point, jog, segmented, master-slave, arbitrary path and PVT cubic interpolation and gantry control. The modules feature cam profiles and advanced algorithms such as the disturbance rejection algorithm, velocity ripple compensation, dynamic gantry yaw control, dynamic error compensation and dynamic straightness control to provide high speed motion.
