IP65-rated AlphaStep hybrid step motor and driver package never loses synchronism. An embedded rotor-position sensor constantly monitors performance to ensure no loss of motion. A protective earth-ground terminal on the metal connector to the motor case properly grounds the motor to ISO 12100 conformance. The 60-mm motors develop up to 280 oz-in. holding torque; the 80-mm motors up to 560 oz-in.
