Optimize Field Wiring Through a Modular, Decentralized IP 67 Fieldbus System

The LioN-Link system consists of bus coupler modules which provide the connection between the entire fieldbus system and the fieldbus independent I/O modules. Based on a single BusHead (DeviceNet, Profibus-DP, or CANopen), the I/O modules are distributed to the field via two lines. Up to 30 modules (Profibus) 15 per branch can be connected to the system for a total line extension of 100 meters per branch. Other features include rear and lateral mounting and staggered ports for easy installation of molded cordsets and field-attachable connectors. These products are well suited for robotics, packaging machinery, material handling and assembly applications.
