LJ-G Series 2D laser sensors measure the surface profile of targets in the X and Z directions. Sampling rate is 3.8 ms and accuracy is ±0.1% FS in the Z-Axis. The sensors can perform 8-point measurements, making 100% inspections possible. Five sensor-head types are available from 15 mm to 200 mm. The all-in-one controller allows easy set-up on screen using the LGJ-G Navigator software (optional). Measurements of width, profile and distance can be accomplished using 28 modes in 8 different points simultaneously: peak height, bottom height, average height, gap, width/position, section area, angle/intersection and profile comparison.
