Linear Conversion
DNCE electromechanical screw-driven linear actuator with a non-rotating round piston rod is a drop-in replacement for conversions from pneumatic to electromechanical automation for the Festo DNC and other pneumatic cylinders based on ISO standard 6431. It can be a standalone mechanical axis mounted to a motor or as part of a complete solution with motor and controller. It is offered with a self-braking lead screw with +/- 0.07 mm repeatability or ball screw with +/- 0.02 mm repeatability.
