ARC FLASH PROTECTION

CENTERLINE 2500 motor control center (MCC) ArchShield option helps reduce arc flash hazards and improves protection against internal electrical arcs. The option per IEC/TR 61641:2008 provides arc flash protection for arcing durations up to 300 milliseconds. The option also provides a pressure relief system that exhaust gases through the top of the enclosure, away from personnel and enclosures, without front ventilation.
