Portescap High-power-density brush dc motors

The next generation of Athlonix high-power-density brush dc motors is available in a 22-mm diameter. The 22DCP motor features an energy-efficient coreless design with a self-supporting coil and magnetic circuit. The motors are available in two variations: precious-metal commutation and graphite commutation with Alnico magnet inside. The constant-force spring design for carbon brush helps to ensure consistent performance. A restriction of electro erosion coil is an option. The motor has a maximum continuous torque up to 6.5 mNm and a high stall torque. The motors are compatible with encoders and gearheads of various sizes and ratios and are RoHS-compliant.
