The EKI-6331AN and the EKI-6332GN Wi-Fi access points/clients are suitable for environments requiring 2.4-GHz (802.11 b/g/n) and 5-GHz (802.11 a/n) channels depending on the region. Both models come with omnidirectional external antennae to provide flexibility in position, an operating temperature range of -20 to 70 °C and IP55 certification for harsh environments. They include passive Power over Ethernet (PoE) to reduce the amount of wiring required. These models include wall or pole ring mounting, enterprise-level encryption, 802.11 DFS and support for WMM and IGMP snooping protocols.
