Balluff IP67-rated machine-mount I/O devices

CC-Link IE Field is a gigabit (1GBPS) industrial automation network with deterministic performance characteristics that use token-passing technology and high speed. The product portfolio consists of IP67-rated machine-mount I/O devices and IO-Link masters. The distributed modular architecture uses IO-Link to enhance the controls architecture while integrating smart devices into the architecture. IO-Link uses standard M12 sensor cables for communication of process data, parameter data and events on the same line. The network module can host as many as eight IO-Link smart devices, including RFID, SmartLights, flow or measurement sensors and analog I/O and can host as many as 240 configurable discrete I/O points.
