The ECX brushless micro motors are available with diameters of 8, 16 and 19 mm and achieve speeds of up to 120,000 rpm. They are available with different power stages and in standard or sterilizable versions (up to 2,000 autoclave cycles). The high-speed motors are available in the company's online shop, which allows for customization. Users can fit the drives with specific mechanical and electrical components specific to their application needs. For example, with the ECX 8 mm, the GPX planetary gearheads and ENX 8 encoders are available. Also customizable are shaft lengths, winding types and ball bearings.
