Enhancements found in the Centum VP R6.03 integrated production control system enable Centum CS, CS 1000 and CS 3000 systems to be upgraded to this most recent version. This version is designed for operation, monitoring and engineering at every phase of a plant’s life-cycle, from initial design, engineering, system and equipment installation and startup to full operation and the ongoing performance of renovations and modifications. This upgrade modifies I/O device and application programs to improve compatibility with previous hardware and software versions. Also included are compatibility with existing cabinets, terminal blocks and field instrument cables as well as enhanced backward compatibility with previous application programs.
