The 15000 series linear actuator line now include actuators that occupy a 15-mm-diameter (0.6-in-diameter) space. The actuators are available in captive and external linear versions and in a variety of resolutions ranging from 0.02 to 0.10 mm per step. They deliver thrust of up to 1.7 kg (60 oz) without compromising long life. Models also can be micro stepped for finer resolution. A proprietary manufacturing process that incorporates engineering thermoplastics in the drive nut and a rolled stainless steel lead screw allows the motor to be efficient and durable. Custom designs are available to meet specific application requirements.
