The Sitop PSU8600 integrates into networked automation applications and Siemens Totally Integrated Automation Portal. The 125-mm-wide power supply system’s base unit provides 40 A, can provide 50% extra power for short time periods and is 94% efficient. The output current threshold can be set from 0.5 to 10 A and output voltage from 12 to 28 V. The system is modular and expandable via the built-in System Clip Link for connecting system data and supply energy. Up to 16 integrated Profinet output interfaces with selective monitoring are available with the system and may be set individually for voltage and threshold current.
