Delta Modular series with integrated motion control

The modular AS300 series PLC provides advanced control at machine and line levels. It features integrated motion control with six axes via pulse control (200 kHz or 4 MHz) and built-in encoder feedback. As many as eight ASDA-A2 series servos can be controlled with the addition of a CANopen network module for accurate pick-and-place applications. The PLC’s design uses Delta's self-developed 32-bit system-on-a-chip (SoC) for enhanced speed at 40k steps/ms and supports as many as 32 extension modules or 1,024 outputs. It includes a built-in Ethernet port with Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP communication and OPC server connectivity.
