The Sensor Pro safety limit switches (series SLS) provide safe position monitoring in almost any industrial application. With a metal actuator that can be turned and swapped without tools, the switches are rated to IP66/67. They are suitable for use in conveyor object detection, end-position control, door position detection and other safety applications. Switch contact actuation is monitored by safety relays, the SamosPro Compact safety controller or similar devices. The machine will shut down immediately, addressing any safety hazard. Features include self-cleaning contacts, mechanical life of as many as 30 million operations and maximum contact reliability of 1 mA at 24 Vdc.
