Bosch Rexroth’s ctrlX DRIVE is a compact modular drive system that is designed for single-axis and multi-axis machines. The scalable drive portfolio includes converters, single and dual-axis inverters, DC/DC converters and power and regenerative supply units. ctrlX DRIVE offers peak currents of 6A to 375 A. ctrlX CORE control hardware can be integrated in the drive housing with no additional space. With the ctrlX DRIVE plus option, users can extend the drives with hardware and software functions. The drive has a reaction time of around 4 ms. Energy management functions allow for energy exchange in the link connection and central network access components and the converters can be used at the same time as supply units and inverters. An integrated DC bus connection is designed for to work up to 375 A.
