The EZ-Screen light screen is designed for machine safeguarding and is built to withstand challenging conditions found in manufacturing and packaging environments. It features intuitive bi-color alignment indicators that allow for simplified setup, troubleshooting and streamlined installation. The screen’s end-to-end sensing design eliminates gaps in detection when mounted on top of machine work surfaces and between cascaded segments. The system requires no PC software, DIP switches or other device for configuration. The screen is available in three resolutions—14, 23 and 40 mm—with a range of up to 12 m. Sensor lengths range from 280 to 1,820 mm in 70-mm increments.
