How Nova Chemicals Became More Proactive and Efficient in Workflow, Evaluation and Prioritization

Plastics and chemicals producer Nova Chemicals has been struggling to keep up with more than 20,000 maintenance work orders every year for each of its 11 manufacturing facilities. What they found was that its SAP enterprise asset management (EAM) software was not being optimally used. Nove was inefficient, suffered from a lack of transparency, and had poor reporting and analytics practices.
