The IoT gateway from Sensata-Cynergy3 enables 24/7/365 monitoring of critical assets using a proprietary 2.4 GHz ISM band communications protocol for high throughput and greater efficiencies with data transmission. The frequency increases range, penetrates solid objects and provides reliable signals in environments with obstructions found in manufacturing applications. Data is maintained securely in all directions using southbound AES-128 encryption and northbound TLS1.2 to the network architecture and is sent via MQTT to on-premises servers or the cloud using a built-in 2G/3G/4G modem.
