Temposonics R series V sensors are designed for extreme accuracy in position measurement, even in highly dynamic applications. The fifth generation of Temposonics R-Series adds features and tools meant to tackle Industry 4.0 applications. The sensors can now evaluate more parameters, all while the application is continually running. All the sensors support an extended operating temperature range from -40° up to +85 °C. Shock resistance has been increased to 150g and vibration up to 30g. It can provide 16-bit resolution for position and velocity measurements and has a new internal linearization option.
The Temposonics R-Series V family are currently available in two types: rod style and profile style. In addition to the new analog version, other models support EtherCAT, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Powerlink and SSI outputs.
