The Guardmaster 440C-CR30 configurable safety relay is suitable for applications requiring four to 10 safety circuits and control of as many as five zones. Users program the safety relay through a process of selecting certified safety function blocks to build applications with the free Connected Components Workbench software. The relay is integrated with Logix-based controllers and also can be configured and programmed in the Studio 5000 environment. An optional EtherNet/IP plug-in module allows the relay to communicate diagnostic data to an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix or Micro800 controller.
