Interface communications brochure
Internationally standardized interface (IEC 61491) brochure describes the merging of real-time communications mechanisms with the Industrial Ethernet infrastructure for communications between digital controls, drives, I/O and sensors. The brochure describes real-time communications experience, available ring and line topologies, the structure of real-time and non-real-time data using Ethernet data frames, cycle times, and expected performance of various servo system configurations.
