Jan. 22, 2014

In this blog entry, Rob Spiegel, senior editor of automation and control for DesignNews, discusses a fullproof system developed by 4FX Design that used alternative software solutions from CimQuest INGEAR to help students program do-it-yourself robots.

In order to be the best in automation, one must have leading-edge technology to develop superior products. For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) recognized this as a critical necessity for its robotics competitions and joined forces with 4FX Design and CimQuest INGEAR to create a highly automated playing field. In this blog entry, Rob Spiegel, senior editor for automation and control for DesignNews, discusses a fullproof system developed by 4FX Design that used alternative software solutions from CimQuest INGEAR to help students program do-it-yourself robots.
