Dec. 13, 2021

RAD, a provider of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and edge computing solutions, joined the 450 MHz Alliance. The addition of the 450 MHz band to the connectivity options of the SecFlow could allow for new IIoT use cases.

“We are very excited to join the 450 MHz Alliance,” said Ilan Tevet, vice president of marketing and business development at RAD. “We believe that the 450 MHz spectrum is key to growing the adoption of IoT and intend to take an active role in promoting relevant use cases.”

Igor Virker, managing director at the 450 MHz Alliance, added: “RAD’s experience in IIoT will greatly contribute to developing our ecosystem. I’m thrilled to welcome RAD to the Alliance and look forward to its contributions as an IIoT solutions provider.”
