D.L.S. receives Special Recognition Award

In Oct., ACIL will be announcing the 14 laboratories receiving the 2017 ACIL Customer Quality Service Award, which includes D.L.S.

D.L.S. Electronic Systems has been honored by the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) in its ACIL Customer Quality Service Award. D.L.S. has also received a Special Recognition Award for overall customer satisfaction by placing in the top fifth of the participants.

On Oct. 2-5, in Portland, Oregon, will be announcing the 14 laboratories receiving the 2017 ACIL Customer Quality Service Award. To be included, a laboratory must receive 3.7 points out of 4 for overall customer satisfaction.

Developed in 1996 to address the industry's quality issues and recognize those laboratories with exemplary quality performance, the program provides laboratory data users with a mechanism to evaluate testing laboratories. Participants commit to ensuring data integrity, meeting customers’ quality needs and setting performance standards for the testing laboratory industry.
