Softing's Jeff Besola joins PI North America board of directors

The board voted unanimously to approve the senior vice president of global sales for Softing.

PI North America have announced the appointment of Jeff Besola, Softing, to its board of directors. Besola is the senior vice president of global sales for Softing. The board of the non-profit trade organization for Profibus and Profinet technologies voted unanimously to approve Besola’s nomination. He will attend his first board meeting In March.
Besola led sales and marketing and was president of Online Development Inc., Softing’s US-based private-label product development business five years ago. Now he he leads sales and support for Softing Industrial and Softing IT Networks, comprised of automation and cable testing businesses.
Besola will join fellow board members Rich Carpenter of GE, Phil Marshall of Hilscher, Raj Batra of Siemens, and Chairman Michael Bryant.
