Association for Advancing Automation Website Discusses How Automation Makes a Positive Impact on Society

A new blog-based website launched by the Association for Advancing Automation (A3), a trade group involved in robotics, vision and motion control technologies, that will discuss the benefits of automation.

Readers will be able to gain access to company success stories that use automation and learn how automation is making a positive impact on society.

"The automation industry is helping to create an abundance of higher-quality, higher-paying jobs every day," said Jeff Burnstein, President of A3. "Media, as well as the general public, often have the age-old misperception that automation hinders job creation when in reality the exact opposite is true, and our new website will be used to dispel this myth."

Blog posts will cover automation strategies and success stories from businesses actively competing in the global marketplace. The website will also feature A3's new "Why I Automate" video series.

"We want to inform the general public that they should embrace automation, not fear it," Burnstein said. "We also hope that business leaders who do not currently automate will see the benefits of automating and choose to investigate automation opportunities at their companies."
