In connection with the third European Machine Vision Summit, the members of VDMA Machine Vision have elected a new board. Based on the former members’ vote, the board was enlarged by three additional seats, ensuring the representation of the growing non-German membership.

From 2015 to 2018, the following representatives will drive and guide the activities of VDMA Machine Vision: 

  • Heiko Frohn, managing director of VITRONIC Dr.-Ing. Stein Bildverarbeitungssysteme GmbH, Wiesbaden, Germany
  • Horst Heinol-Heikkinen, managing director of ASENTICS GmbH & Co. KG, Siegen, Germany
  • Lou Hermans, chief operating officer of CMOSIS bvba, Antwerp, Belgium
  • Dietmar Ley, chief executive officer of Basler AG, Ahrensburg, Germany
  • Donato Montanari, general manager of the machine vision business unit of Datalogic Automation Srl, Monte San Pietro, Italy
  • Olaf Munkelt (chairman), managing director of MVTec Software GmbH, München, Germany
  • Klaus-Henning Noffz, chief executive officer of Silicon Software GmbH, Mannheim, Germany
  • Christian Ripperda, vice president and technology director of ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt, Germany
  • Mark Williamson, director of corporate market development of Stemmer Imaging Ltd., Tongham, Surrey, United Kingdom
