Molex receives CC-Link Network certification for Industrial PCI Express interface cards

Strengthening the CLPA’s position as a global open automation network technology leader with two new products.

The CC-Link Partner Association (CLPA) announced that board member Molex, Inc. has received CC-Link Network Certification for their Industrial PCI Express interface cards. Molex now provides two CC-Link-certified PCI-Express interface products that are designed to work as a complete solution: the CC-Link Industrial interface board (#SST-CCS-PCIE) and the CC-Link Industrial interface half height board (#SST-CCS-PCIE-H).

CC-Link is a high-speed, open automation network technology that enables devices from numerous manufacturers to communicate, resulting in a fast, deterministic control system. CC-Link is managed by the CLPA, an organization comprised of manufacturers and users of CC-Link technology, academics and other interested parties. Established in 2000, the CLPA is an international organization with more than 2,800 member companies worldwide. The partners’ common objective is the promotion and technical development of the family of CC-Link open network technologies – including CC-Link, CC-Link IE and CC-Link Safety.
