The K7GE is a remote insulation resistance monitor designed to detect insulation breakdown of single-phase motors, three-phase motors and servo motors in harsh environments without the need for manual inspections. The monitor is equipped with a main controller that has a large LCD for easy on-site verification. Each controller can monitor as many as eight motors by adding modular probes. The main controller features RS-485 communications to provide the means of remote condition monitoring through a PC that is connected to a PLC, HMI or interface gateway using the company’s software tool.
