The Danfoss VLT soft starter MCD 600 combines advanced controls and protections with an increased level of intelligence for fixed-speed applications. Mains voltage ranges are 3 x 200 ot 525 Vac (T5) and 3 x 380 to 690 Vac (T7). Current ranges and enclosures are IP20: 20-129 A (nominal) and IP00:144-1250 A (nominal). The soft starter is flexible to install because of a variety of Ethernet and serial-based communication option cards and application-dedicated smart cards. Ease of use is increased with capabilities such as the pump-clean function, PowerThrough operation and calendar or run time-based scheduling.
