Continuous flexing motor supply cable is offered in customer-specified 1-ft-increment lengths. The igus Chainflex continuous-flexing CF30 and CF31 motor supply cables are designed, tested and manufactured to be exposed to constant flexing, providing a cable service life between 5 and 10 million cycles. The cables are available with four unshielded (CF30 series) or four shielded (CF31 series) conductors in 16 to 2 AWG sizes. Individual conductors are bare copper and stranded for flexing applications. Conductor insulation is a black TPE mixture that is sunlight- and oil-resistant and flame-retardant.
