Batch Controller
Batching Master is a standalone controller for precise automation of a batch function. The operator has all the information needed for a safe batching process--the batch is started directly at the point filling. If there is a failure in the system, the batch can be stopped immediately. Error messages are displayed in clear text. Indication can be pre-set, batched quantity, flow rate and grand total. It's compatible with all flow meters and actuators, with high accuracy due to a 4 20 mA output with a 5-step shut down ramp and soft start ramp.
