A 200 MHz core platform with 8 Mbytes of flash memory and 16 Mbytes RAM is also available. QTERM-G70 operator interface terminals with TFT have a 200 MHz XScale core platform with 4 Mbytes of flash memory and 16 Mbytes RAM.
