PC-based open HMI operating system features multilingual programming functionality that can be switched to the language of the customer or set up for switching between various languages during operations. Touchscreens are operated by a keyboard displayed on the screen. Users choose from 150 different language layouts at the touch of a button. The system may be operated in gas and dust-ex areas of zones 1/21 and 2/22, and in ambient temperatures of-10–50 °C.
