Actuators provide linear force without steel components
Linear Actuator
Ledex magnetic latching linear actuator produces linear force without magnetic steel components. It can be used to for door locking and for closed-loop systems where position control is desirable. A permanent magnet allows the unit to be driven in two directions. The force-stroke curve is relatively flat over the entire length and is suitable for low-power operations. A steel washer will cause the magnets to latch at either or both ends of the stroke.
