Smart SoftPLC and Smart Gateway support up to two channels of A-B remote I/O protocol. As a remote I/O master, users can upgrade A-B PLCs without replacing or rewiring I/O, by exchanging the PLC CPU with a Smart SoftPLC. Users can reuse most or all existing logic and program documentation with automated conversion utilities.
