Lexium MDrive NEMA size 23 high-torque stepper motors are available as alternatives to standard motors. This new motor option is designed to deliver up to 50% more torque and boost the performance of Lexium MDrive integrated products while maintaining a compact size and format. The products’ closed-loop performance helps to eliminate possible motor stalling, delivering continuous torque at low speeds; eliminates tuning; and reduces heat and energy usage with variable-current control. Wiring is reduced by up to 40%. Available communication protocols include EtherNet/IP, ModbusTCP, Profinet, CANopen and serial RS-422/485 with programmable motion control and pulse/direction input.
