The RMC200 electrohydraulic motion controller handles closed-loop control of as many as 32 motion axes. Capable of synchronizing multiple-axis motion, it helps to enable the construction of machines with scalable performance and quick production changeover. It provides built-in support for controlling pressure/force as well as position/velocity/acceleration and transitions smoothly between these control modes. Through use of a programmable “feature key,” the controller enables only the number of control loops that an application needs. The product includes a display screen on the CPU; I/O modules with push-in wire connectors; and fully encased, user-installable modules that “rock-in” to provide power-sequencing capability.
